Introducing SOEL

Herman Greene is speaking at the Society for Human Ecology Conference in Mons, Belgium. The XXVI International Conference theme is “Ecology, Politics, and Justice: Working Towards the Pluriverse.” On Friday, June 20, 2025 at the Session “Law, Justice, and the Rights of Nature”, Herman will present his topic “An Earth Law Society: The Transformation of Western Law Based on the Principles of Relationality, Reciprocity, and Responsibility.”

Herman Greene’s submission has been accepted for a poster presentation at the ISEE-Degrowth 2025 Conference in Oslo, Norway. The poster will be on display throughout the conference. On June 26, 2025, all posters will be displayed in the main conference building – Georg Sverdrups hus – where Herman has the opportunity to explain SOEL’s work and answer questions from other conference participants.
